Our company, MSIDE, s.r.o., provides substitute performance in accordance with Act No. 435/2004 Coll., on Employment.
This allows companies to meet the mandatory requirement to employ people with disabilities (PWD) without having to increase their own number of employees.

Every company with more than 25 employees is legally required to employ PWD. If this is not possible, the obligation can be fulfilled through substitute performance.
