Flo-pak filling material safely fills out free spaces in your packaging.

Flo-pak are highly stable granules, shaped like the number eight, which are made of 100 % recycled polystyrene. This makes it ideal for filling out empty spaces, in boxes., etc..

Flo-pak granules are very flexible. This makes them perfect for absorbing shocks and vibrations. They have the ability to return to their original shape. The granules themselves do not have a high weight, so they will not dramatically increase the weight of your packaging.

The Flo-pak super GREEN granules are completely eco-friendly, unlike the regular variant. They are made of 100 % recyclable polystyrene. When in contact with water, the granules are degradable (without releasing toxic substances). This type is particularly durable and therefore particularly suitable for heavy products.

Thanks to a special machine, you can quickly and easily create air cushions of any size made from “endless” PE film. These cushions can be used to fill out the free space around packaged products.

Thanks to the air cushion, you can protect goods from moving around (e.g. in boxes) and thus ensure their safe transportation.

Since the film is wrapped in rolls, you can have a large number of rolls in stock without needing a huge amount of space.
